Digitalization never stops, and that’s precisely why we consciously take breaks in between. Not to rest, but to think one step ahead. The Comvation Innovation Day is our internal free space for everything that often doesn’t find a place in day-to-day business: new tools, exciting use cases, crazy ideas, and questions we otherwise ask ourselves too rarely. For us as a digital and web agency that combines technology, design, and processes, this is not an option, but a duty.
In everyday life, we deliver. Websites, platforms, interfaces, support. Our focus is on quality and customer benefit. But it is precisely this claim that requires us to stay on the ball. Technologically, methodologically, and humanly. On Innovation Day, we consciously take the time to reflect on the “how” and “why” of our work. We test new AI tools. We question our UX standards. We analyze cases from other industries. And yes, sometimes we briefly lose ourselves in something that has no application (yet). And that’s often where the best ideas emerge.
Innovation Day is also pure team culture. Developers, project managers, designers, and strategists work with us. Everyone has a different perspective, but all share a common curiosity. On Innovation Day, roles deliberately blur. Everyone talks, tries things out, fails, laughs, and thinks anew. Conversations arise that wouldn’t otherwise happen. Between backend and consulting. Between concept and code. And it is precisely these conversations that make us better as a team and, ultimately, our work too.
Of course, we also deal with artificial intelligence, automation, or new standards in web design. But not because it sounds cool, but because we want to know what is really relevant. For us. And for our customers. Innovation Day helps us to classify trends and decide: What suits us? What suits our customers? And how can we create real added value from it?
We believe: Those who do not consciously create space for new things stand still, even if they are running. That’s why we regularly hold an Innovation Day. Not to celebrate ourselves. But to become better together.
Comvation. Passionately digital. Humanly close. Internally too.
